Sorry I didn't get around to updating this in a while. I've actually seen the mod in action for the first time today, but apparently it was being used before. So I've merged in the pending requests, including everything added by suprejso.

Updated the following players' sounds:

You can now (optionally) upload a file (subject to the same limitations) with the name <your name>_taunt.ogg. This will play when you press v.
You may either upload a taunt or a death scream, or both.

Skinney

Makmoud didn't explicitly give consent, so I'm holding out on that one.

Also made the zip folder the root directory instead of containing the Deepthroat directory for convenience.
