(1390) Possible to Push Scoreboard (Tab Key) Off-Screen, Stays Off-Screen After Closing Scoreboard

    Description: The in-game scoreboard, which is brought up using the "Tab" key, can be dragged up or down with the cursor to see all players during a game. The first issue is that the scoreboard continues moving up even after all player names are visible. Next, closing and re-opening the scoreboard shows it being off-screen where it was last left and requires the player to bring it back down with their mouse.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Hold "Tab" in-game to bring up the scoreboard
    2. Bring your cursor down below and outside of the KAG Client window so it scrolls up out of view
    3. Release the "Tab" key and press it again

    Not sure if this is so much a bug, as it's just the scoreboard returning to its last position.
