[1865] Mouse disappearing in escape menu

    Description: While in the escape menu when you re-spawn the mouse disappears but still able to use the buttons in the menu. This only works on servers since single player pauses while in the escape menu.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1.     Join any server.
    2. Suicide/get killed.
    3. Open escape menu before you re-spawn.
    4. Wait until you re-spawn to see your mouse disappear. You can still move your mouse over buttons and click them.

    fixed, but that was really tricky. turns out disappearing cursor was only a symptom of another issue: you were able to move and do stuff while still in menu when you respawn.
