[2020] Unable to use water bucket

    Description: Water buckets won't splash water when you click with it.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1.     Get a bucket and fill it with water
    2. try to use it
    3. be sad that it doesn't work

    Kazaco: Put build number in future threads ~ also now fixed
