Windows KAG [2027] Archer displays charge animation frame while charging shot in siege

    Description: While another player is archer and charging a shot in a siege, they display the charging bow animation frame. This only happens on multiplayer servers when an archer other than you is charging a shot in a siege
    Steps to reproduce:
    1.     Go onto a multiplayer server.
    2. Buy a catapult or ballista.
    3. Ask a teammate to switch to archer, hop inside the siege and charge a shot.
