    This is my first building post and i just though i would share my tower with you guys.

    Advantages
    • Quick to make
    • Doesn't require a lot of resources
    • Knights have trouble getting high enough to bash the doors
    • If the trap door is damaged and the enemy is trying to jump over or bash the doors the spike can kill them
    Disadvantages
    • A builder can disable it quite quickly
    • A skilled knight might be able to blast it down with 2-3 bombs. Then again he could just bomb jump over it with 1

    this is a good tower i guess but ive seen many amazing towers in my time of plzying kag that easily eat ur tower up and s**t it out

    Interesting design but the 4 doors use up 120 wood which could be put to better use.

    Also the voting thingo you put at the top could use more options.

    Those two doors put me off, you dont ever, ever place two doors directly next to eachother when there is no good place for knights to stand on and reach the doors.
    Its a neat tower, but it limits a bit expadability, and its certainly not bad.
    A 1-thick linepiece is still my favorite tough, its surprising how much punishment it can take, especially when there's a builder to repair it behind.

    I think its a good design, but to improve it,
    add this:

    I made some small changes:
    1. I turned the wall spike into a nice teamsafe spike.
    2. I changed the doors into bridges (with background) because they can hide archers.
    3. I added some backwall support, so that it doesnt fall down.
    at the cost of 60 extra wood, and 30 extra stone!

    However if your dealing with knights , yes the bombs may easily destroy it , but you can add some :castle_bg: for more protection from falling down?

    Well, I think it is great for the front line. It can hold it's own against some knights and even if it falls down, it can devastate it's surroundings.

    Bomb chute where the trap bridge is to go up.
    Move the trap bridge one tile to the left.

    In addition to what Blue Luigi said, you can also raise the doors by 1 tile, right now they're 5 tiles off the ground but boost pads allow you to jump 6 tiles. Also, if you wanted to remove one of the sections of door, you could replace the back with this:

    Cost = 142 stone, 160 wood, +more for ladders if needed.

    When you do this, while the tower is under attack you can repair the blocks by pushing yourself against the door tile you can reach all the stone from the inside. I would also recommend back walling that, because it doesn't require much stone but adds a lot of stability.

    There is a problem with placing platforms next to the doors, when archers fire through them their arrows get glitched and go straight through enemies

    The door would work well, but people would most likely dig under it, maybe but like a trap behind to reinforce,cause many builder-less knights just dig under it.

    anyway smacking job

    I like a base where you can repair it from the inside, hidden archer port and with collapsible shit. Can you make 1 based on version 2?

    I played around with the design a-bit in sandbox and I think it's really good!... then I started adding some things.

    Good points:
    it has been reinforced
    Shops
    Archer spot
    Stone trap instead of trap bridge and spike (I think the spike works better but its just more fun to collapse a ton of stone on someone's head.
    its not easy for knights to bomb jump

    Bad points:
    You need allot more resources to build it.
    a knight can still take it out pretty quick with 2-3 bombs
    builder can also take it down very quickly (thats why I put a stone trap there.)
    Takes to long to build.
