[801] Respawn timer loops when unable to spawn.

    Description: When you can't spawn, the respawn timer still shops up, and repeates itself on completion.
    Steps to reproduce: Be dead with no viable spawn points (from halls being attacked or what have you).

    I believe this one has also been fixed in recent builds. Have you had this happen recently?

    Confirmed.
    This bug has been mostly fixed, only seems to happen on occasion if you try to pick a spawn at 0 seconds. Thanks, updated info on bug tracker.
