An interesting property of trampolines that I've noticed. Trampolines at an angle don't convert an entity's velocity between the x and y axes. Assume that each trampoline confers a force of 10 Geti's, and a horizontal trampoline has an angle of 0 degrees. If you fall from a very high height onto a nearly 45 degrees trampoline, you will be launched left at around 12Geti's, not your falling velocity + 12 Geti's. However, if you somehow attained a high horizontal velocity and was flung into a 90 d trampoline, your horizontal velocity ( in Geti's/second) would be properly added with 10 Geti's.

Therefore, two looped horizontal trampolines (at 0 and 180 degrees) would only confer and terminal vertical velocity, and two looped vertically-oriented trampolines (at 90 and 270 degrees) would only confer terminal horizontal velocity.

Take a look at the arrow-lobber built by OP. You'll notice that the lobber lobs arrows down and up much faster than it lobs them right. I theorize it is possible to use two vertically-oriented trampolines in the shaft to greatly increase the lobber design's distance, by at least a factor of 5. My research does not include analysis on looped trampolines at angles that don't factor to 90, I leave that to the engineers here.

Here is a sawmill that uses a saw to redirect wood from two trees into holes which is then transported with trampolines to a platform. With a expansion of the vertical shaft you will be able to transport wood to the top of tall structures fast and easy.

Could you be so kind as to explain exactly how this works? Like, make a series of images that shows how to make this.

Made a video on how to make it and how it works but wont be able to upload it for a while because of its size... but here is some pictures from it to give a better idea on how it is made.

edit: The stone is to give you a idea of the dimensions.

Google Drive says empty folder sadly. I think I have an idea of how it works but the darkness does it make it a bit tough in that original picture.

Watched all the videos you have up franek and I must say I enjoy them, cool traps.

    So @BlueLuigi and @Klokinator
    1. you cut trees.
    2. saw change logs into wood
3.wood falls on trampolines pointed left
4.wood goes to another trampoline which is pointed up
    5. wood lands on bridges

Okay so there are trampolines pointed left underneath, okay, I could only see the 1 from the darkness+ my monitor's lack of brightness.

Well. I made it, and while it works... it's unnecessary? I can already make one saw cover three trees with less than a third the time and resources, and I can grab said resources instantly rather than setting up a convoluted trampoline system to send it 5 tiles to my left. Overall cool construction, but really minecrafty and unnecessary.
