Not sure if it's the reason he got banned, but he did kick an enemy for termiting (nothing against it in server rules) and froze a guy who was complaining about grief when in fact stupid builders (or griefers) on his team had just cost them the game (was probably on his way to banning him before I intervened, since I saw what happened while taking the flag).

 

@Aoi: Lupara is probably the liar here. I've seen him taking several clan tags in the past few days, including POWER and BoW.
He is also a well known griefer, just so that you know.
