Admin vs All 2 - Armed and Dangerous

Just to be like, 200% clear - this event was organised by the Australian admins, for the Australian populace as well as anyone who could make it along incidentally. It was not organised by "every admin on every server ever, plus the guards and devs", for "every player everywhere with maximum convenience paid to offshore populace", as some people seem to be thinking.

If you want events like this on other servers, talk with the admins of those servers. I would love this to be more of a worldwide pattern, and I'm sure there are a few clan hosted servers that would be happy to spread the rek, but it's not the Aus admin's problem or responsibility to cater to people on the other side of the world - this event was from noon to late afternoon in Australia, and it doesn't matter at all what time it was anywhere else.

Re: the next date - I won't be able to make it, heading to EU for indiedevelopment.nl and AMAZE Berlin and planes aren't very good for MP gaming, so have fun :^)

 

We'll slaughter some pubs in your name, @Geti. Just make sure there are pics for us to enjoy afterwards. In fact, you show us what happens in EU and we'll get some screencaps of pub corpses being burnt on a pyre in your honour. Deal?
