[AG#] - Ancient Gear

Didn't read this till now but.. Ace is nearly off the competitive break. All of us are pretty rusty, if you can wait maybe another month to train and shenanigans. I'll love a clan war, but probably be on the East Coast server?

 

No on the west coast for the same Ping, but no problem you're not the only clan not being ready.
We will wait :)

Greetings fellow King Arthur's Gold player!

My name is 4seen and together with Verz, we organise the recruitment of our clan, [AG#]! Some people now think, [AG#] already has a recruitment system right? It surely is true, but after a short discussion with the teamleaders, we agreed it was outdated and slow...

So what is this new recruitment now? I've made a FAQ for you guys, to ease things up.

- How can I join the recruitment?
[AG#] members can personally select a "potential" player and send them over to me and Verz, then they are in the recruitment programm!
If you're not selected personally, you can contact me and Verz. Important! You need to prove yourself: Have a regular 150+ score, be online atleast 5 hours a week and be nice.

- How does the recruitment work?
There are several fases in the recruitment:
- You got yourself selected or be selected.
- You've joined the "recruitment programm," you use the [AG?] clantag from now on.
- Several trainings will be organised on private servers, where all [AG#]/[AG?] are allowed to participate in.
- [AG#] members who play in these games evaluate your skills and can kick people out or let them proceed to the next step.
- You play several 1v1's vs a class mirror members, so if you're an archer main, you play vs an archer main of us.
- If all of this went succesfuly, you're in!

- I get a lot of good scores, but nobody notices, how can I still join?
Just challenge us to a 1v1 if you got a 100+ score in-game with atleast 20+ kills, than we atleast know you're not a total newb.

- What's the cool part about being an [AG#] member?
Well clans in overall are pretty awesome right? Right. [AG#] is (probably) the #1 clan of Europe, we still got to play some clan wars vs the other regions, than we will be the #1 of the world! Joining the training programm should be easy, but joining the clan overall is very very very hard, which kinda makes it a privilige, those are awesome too. [AG#] apparantly didn't have a great name when I joined in at first, but our (mostly their) behaviour has been improved! Clan wars and in-game matches include less flame and more plays, like a clan should be doing. ;)

Interesting recruitment system although,
Is there really the need for a complex system for a small competitive scene with little recruitment? I recall wanting to do this with @kedram before and it turned out that their wasn't that many players who were worth taking a look at.
Although, I admire the attempt to create such a system and can't wait to see how this expands. Good luck to the Frenchmen and the baguette master @Snake19 with this system.
