Any RuneScape players here?

I played this game.. a loooooong time. Like 3 years, i reached the level 96 with 1300+ skills (i don't remember X3)

I was suscribed, so i played all of the time in member.
Then i was bored and i left the game for other MMORPGS.

 

A long time? Three years? There are people who have been at it for 10, or like me 7

 

Damn, I played that game for a year just building my house. I had the sickest crib ever. That would be the only reason I would ever CONSIDER going back.

 

Yea, it's long time. 3 Year is enough, but i played like 12H per day..
I also built my house..

 

i still play quite a bit, usually 1-4hrs a day, or sometimes not at all, KAG and bf3 have somewhat taken over, but its still fun to play when im bored.

 

Wasted 3 years on that game :\
But then I realised "this game really sucks, why am I playing..?"

I also used to play Runescape, but then I realized mmos consist entirely of grinding with false promises of light at the end. Maybe when I'm an old man I'll waste my time with them

 

This game has wasted too much of my life... Nearly 300 full days spent in game between 2 accounts over a course of 8 years. I'm glad I didn't get back into it in October, I'd probably just be wasting even more of my life away.

EDIT: Only had 2 skills at 99, every other at 70+ on my main. I wonder how long the maxed players have been playing for?

 

Never played it it seems alot of people did.

 

Love the style of the game- always reminds me of good old days in UO.
Once in a year or two register a new account to play for a week and then quit xD

 

I used to play Runescape, but then i took an arrow to the knee...
seriously though, i used to play but then i realized that there was no point and i wasn't achieving anything.

 

Same as almost anything.

 

I started playing in 2006, but stopped in 2010 after i got bored of it, now i play it again and so does Warrfork. Now we are looking to make a KAG clan in runescape. :)

(Yes, i know im necroing a thread, but for good reasons.)

 

Did anyone here play runescape classic? The official RSC is limited to older members now, but I found a private server that is free if anyone is interested in trying it out / reliving middle school. Just PM me and I'll send you the site [or you can google search it yourself, genius! :) ]

 

RSC was chaos. :P

 

But I still loved it.

And the magic and projectile animations were bad-ass. Blue and green asterisks ftw.

 

I quited runescape to for the bot invasion... But at 20 november i'm gonna start playing again, also my friends quited :/

 

I still play Runescape, I'm addicted.

 

I'm addicted too, and so is Warrfork now.

I just want to add that KAG has a group for KAG players that play Runescape called KAGscape (https://forum.kag2d.com/social-forums/kagscape.244/). We are trying to form a clan on runescape for KAG people,but we are short of people to do that. So, join the group and join Warrfork, myself and other KAGers in Runescape and help us make a clan.
