    If the problem you have is unrelated to the problem that started the thread, create a new thread. Or better yet, if you were to google it (let's say: kag screenshot black screen), you would know that it is just a transparency issue that was supposed to be fixed. Anyway, paste it into a picture editing program capable of handling transparency (basically anything other than microsoft paint), and your screenshots should fix.

    A lot of people have this problem (Including myself). I don't think they have a real fix for it at the moment however try out what brandon said! :)

    If you can not paste it into Microsoft paint (because I don't think Microsoft paint can use transparency) use paint.net, it uses transparency :)
