Here's my solution to being able to set up your shots to hit the target perfect:
Randomize where on the ladder the person is shooting from, there are already 3 markings on there, but I can add more. Perhaps stone blocks mounted on the side of the ladder, every 3 blocks up? I'll upload a picture in a sec :p

What do you guys think?

Just by posting in this thread, you just need to stick you timezone relative to the GMT in your post and you're good to go.

 

Just type your In-game name, your timezone in +GMT.

Timezone: +2GMT(note this is just an example.)

and someone beat me just by a ms Guitarman C:
