    I am so untalented that I wasted two hours and 4 A4 sheets of paper to design a round skull that would fit inside a rag doll, that didn't look hilarious or happy. But I am happy you like them!

    Ye, scribbling randomly is fun, tho for bigger works you would still need calculations and etc. :p Its very hard to nail symmetry without any sketches to help you
    You should make a ss and open it in the clip studio, so you can draw by eye, next to it. Im going to upload something too soon >:D tho i need to shade it. I just applied base colors to everything, now shading. .p. I rly like my current work.

    It looks like you're levels above most of us, in terms of developing a style. How long does it take you to create a sketchy piece like that? And how much more time did it take to finish it?

    Just curious, since I'm still at a stage where I draw slowly, and don't really know what my drawing will look like until I draw it.

    My own practice below:
    I attempted to draw a full figure in perspective, without reference. Just to see what I could pull out of my brain, anatomically. I feel like the perspective for the top half and bottom half don't line up exactly, but I'm not sure how I'd fix it.

    Also, the head/neck are a little more pronounced than they should be, because the drawing started as a head-only piece. I added the body afterward. I'm aware that the feet/hands are weak, although I think I did an okay job of showing the correct angle on the left foot.

    The pose is boring (if there even is a pose), since this was just an anatomy/perspective test.

    I'd appreciate any ideas in correcting the perspective. Maybe bringing her right foot farther out. Actually, her legs are possibly too straight, but that's more anatomy-related than perspective.

    Thanks. :) Im working hard on it, i bet hair will be hard, im not as good as you when it comes to shading .p. coloring stuff is rly cool .p.

    Took about 30 minutes to do the sketch and another 40 to color and everything. I have an essay I should be writing but I've been procrastinating. x.x
    Your drawing looks pretty well, and you're right the bottom does not connect with the top. I would say, make the hips a little more lower. I would like to draw an example but I really have to get this essay done. I'll have a drawing about the way I would fix your problem later.

    I like that style of colouring when it comes to your rough sketches. There's no point having perfect colouring on a rough sketch.
