    How are you going to animate it ? Making a sprite and later making it move is a terrible idea, i know because i made one whileeeee ago Lucie Beheader 2.gif it was my first animation. Later i tried using layers [​IMG] it got much smoother, but took way too much time, animating with mouse was cancer. It was my last animated character. The best way to animate is to cut everything to pieces, or simply make a simple moving sketch (circles, lines) and add details later. Remember to use onion skin, its a shame i never used it for my characters, amazing thing.

    Yea, schoolwork is starting to pile on these days. Here are some doodles I made while in class. I focused on incorporating simple shapes into designs. It's pretty fun, and has a lot of potential for adding style. I really like the doggy bean I made in the top-left, and the jelly monster in the bottom-left.
