    Hello, everyone. Robinskie and me are making a map editor. It is called 'APA', for 'Artistic Paint Alternative'.
    It is easy to use, fast, and it is full of features! If you keep using Paint, we'll just call you god...

    News :
    - Lavalord joined the Alpha tester group. The alpha tester group is full!
    - Kaizokuroof joined the Alpha tester group : ONLY 1 SLOT REMAINING!
    - The thread has been redesigned!
    - Vanhuek, Link6155, Mazey joined the Alpha testers group.
    - Robinskie joined the development group.
    - Project was started.

    Planned features :
    - Saving as .PNG, features extended by a .GM file.
    - Saving as a .APA file ( The native APA map file )
    - Lightning fast .PNG or .APA export.
    - Setting water level.
    - Adding your own signature at map launch, showed in the chat, instead of the map.
    - Adding blobs ( Rooms, kegs, boulders, lanterns, zombies )
    - Using 3 tools : The pen, well known, the most of time the only tool on map editors, the rectangle and the circle. Maybe ( REALLY maybe ), in the future, triangles and fill tools.
    - Using map modifiers : Tree grower, grass grower, and much more.
    - Sharing your maps to the world with a built-in program.
    - Free, free, and re-free. No ads.
    - ... And much more!!!

    Progress :

    Alpha version [--------------]
    The private Alpha version will come soon. We did the bigger part of the job. We need just to make a nice GUI and to fix things. And to improve ( a lot ) the performances...

    /!\ All alphatesters will be alerted by a conversation when a Alpha version is out. It will be a conversation about bugs, ideas and feedbacks.

    All our GML scripts are ours, we created them.
    Thanks Geti and MM for KAG GUI parts that we have imported or modified a lot.
    The sounds are imported from KAG too.

    Good luck to you! There are some great KAG mapping tools already available, but none offer some of the features you plan on including (unless of course you use paint, or other graphics tools)

    I look forward to its release :)

    AsuMagic << In the Beta stage or in the final version of this program, you'll can add plugins, custom cave generator, terrain generator.......

    The GUI looks alright, but could be improved. The texts on the buttons should be white, that's one thing that bothers me.

    There's other things too, but I can't put them into words right now :/

    I don't think you got what I was saying about the white text. You should keep the regular green buttons, but instead of black texts, use white. It's how it mainly is in KAG anyways...

    There is a few place that have black text on green, but they are black to show they aren't as important or they are not selected.
