Banned for "afk"

    Hello.
    Im an active player and literally never got banned in my lifetime.
    Today however, I joined official EU CTF server and got immidietly votekicked and banned for 30 minutes just because i had to open my window and some salty player decided i went afk, when i literally moved and asked on chat what the hell is this vote when I literally joined server 15 sec ago.

    Anyway, some players are not reading chat and mindlessly press yes, so I've been kick for no f reason.
    I know its only 30 minutes but this is some hard BS and there should not be such a penalty with so faulty system.
