    Some things to consider, the colors aren't KAG colors and the design/shading doesn't match kag style. I also think you would benefit greatly from looking at the existing heads (which can be found in your KAG folder, heads.png) and using them as a reference for your custom head.

    You don't necessarily need to use the kag palette.

    Kind of looks like a downsized pic of a bear tho :S
    Not sure how well that would look in-game.

    Imho, you should raise the saturation and value more between your lighter colours so they stick out more. Atm everything is blending into each other a lot.
