could someone explain me how its works? I upload here my own sprite, and then what? in the next blowjob update, Skinney adds my sprite to the mod and how then he knows to wich user should be assigned?

Each name has a head. They all end up in a folder and when a player connects on a server with BJ it will be matched with the right head with the right name. So basically you have to name your sprite right, with your main player name.
