Doesn't make you official, though. Our title specifically states "OFFICIAL FIRST TRENCH RUN CLAN", whereas I'm not sure YB even has a title anymore, not since the accident.

I'm sorry to hear that, I thought they managed to re-attach your optic nerves? My condolences on having to move to an alternate form of porn <inset link to Blinkin w/Playboy, Braille edition>.

In any case, if you're claiming to be the first official TR clan, then you've got your sentence structure all mussed up. You've got OFFICIAL as an adjective modifying FIRST when, according to your admission
it should be FIST as an adjective modifying OFFICIAL. Silly Hella, did you let @Juaro near the grammar again? :huh?:

Also, purely out of self-interest, on basis what do you make your claim to be "official"?

What makes us official is that we don't care if other people think we're not official.
That's the most official thing to be official about.
    Official.

I think that you'll find we're officially the first official trench run clan (officially). Thanks for pointing areas of improvement out, you part in the BoW improvement focus group has been noted.

On the other ideas that the group contributed anonymously:
    - No, we won't boot Shagsworth from the clan, just because he's an idiot. His position has been justified at least 3 or 4 times.
    - Yes, we're definitely a clan, stop saying anything else, it's rude.
    - At least we have more than a handful of members.
    - No, stop saying that.
    - STOP PLEASE OH GOD JUST SHUT UP
    - No, we're not recruiting anymore. We're just assimilating, there's a difference.
    - Moonshine and stardust is, contrary to popular opinion, not all you need for a successful clan, no, it doesn't matter how often you bring it up, no, you're talking out of your ass again.
    - Hi Beo.

    You left out the parentheses.

Now, now, just because you don't own an onager capable of speech is no reason to get salty. My word. Someone might almost possibly begin to idly wonder if perhaps you were potentially a tiny bit... rustled ...in the jimmies department. :huh?:

    Hi, Beo. o/

You don't even have a phone, hipster. You're one of those grubby, unwashed, back-to-naturers. I can tell.

(The hessian sack of unwashed potatoes was a dead give-away, fwiw).

They've not actually potatoes, they're scotch eggs.

Aha! That only proves my point! :rektlord:!!!

Not only are scotch eggs the breakfast equivalent of needlessly-thick-rimmed glasses, their being in a sack labelled "POTATOS" is suggestive of phoney phoniness! He's a slick urban phoney attempting to portray himself as an paleo-diet, lumberjack-imitating, phoney! Ahh! Now we see the real BoW colours, you double-crossing, double-hipstering, double-doubling shysters!

Oh, where will the lies and deceptions end????!!!

Scotch eggs aren't a breakfast only item, they're generally a picnic snack item, that can be eaten at any time of day. If you're suggesting that Sac's opinions are irrelevant because scotch eggs are a breakfast item, then not only are you wrong, but you're groping for tenuous examples to confirm your statements. You look to be out of your depth, honey-bunch.

That's blatant (and yet subtly done, well tried, sir) strawmanning! I never limited scotch eggs as a solely breakfast-orientated comestible; I merely used their application at breakfast as an illustration of how inappropriate piling scotch eggs in a sack labelled as an entirely different sort of comestible is! Moreover, even if I had insisted that scotch eggs are solely a breakfast food, the fact that breakfast is the only meal that can be acceptably engaged with at any point of the clock means that one can, ipso facto, enjoy them "at any time of day"--traditionally, as you point out, as part of a picnic.

Also, I resent the phrase "honey-bunch". Its use as a pejorative suggests that Nancy Drew is not an acceptable role-model. :>:(:

Joiken is correct. It would appear you guys don't even know how to pronounce "bagel". :teabag:

You're still clutching at straws here. If you need to transport a large volume of scotch eggs, and you have the choice between small individual plastic boxes or bags, as I understand most kitchens might have access to, or a large hessian sack, then I'd go for the sack every time. There's no need to extend you paragraphs needlessly with unnecessarily eloquent verbal philandering. You spent 5 lines saying what could have been said in one, and, in accompaniment with desperate use of bold text, you're statement is massively diminished.

In the end, though, Galen stated my primary point perfectly and succinctly.
