Okay everyone... I have an announcement to make...

Snake19 is being removed from the tournament.

Apparently, he is one of the guys who might be able to win it, but unfortunately he is busy with school alot at the moment, and the tournament cannot wait around for him.

There now is a new place open for anyone who wishes to prove their worth for it. Message me quickly though because I'm trying to get the first round matches finished TODAY and you may miss your opportunity.

Yea, I love it when you throw a mine on someone's face like that. Seems like it might be slightly buggy, though, seeing as I have seen people that shielded right at it, and it still killed them.

But, yea, it's really fun to do. Especially throwing it at people from a high tower, having it land on their face, and then activate a moment later.

DOUBLE ANNOUNCEMENT

We have 2 of the last starting round matches on tonight.

Very regrettably snake19 had to be removed and CapitanForceX backed out from the tournament.

Today I held some tryouts and we have 2 new contestants taking their places.



First up

Persephone vs Sette1996850 (Stephen_Amestri)

Scheduled for 7pm GMT. 8pm London time.

Afterwards

Imaninya vs "Another mystery knight (prepared to be shocked)"

Scheduled for 8pm GMT. 9pm London time.

These are both the starting round matches for a place in the quarter-finals

• Audience is advised to come 15 minutes early to make sure they get the real game password

More important information:
Once the contestants have arrived, everyone in the server will be given a new password (this is to stop people joining half way through a match). The server will then be restarted and people will rejoin using the new password.
The audience will then be told to be quiet and the only people who arent audience members at this point will be me and the contestants. Us three will gather somewhere close together on the map, and I will quickly go through the rules with both of them.
After that the audience will be given a chance to say anything they want to say for a few seconds, but then once I say "Quiet please" they will have to be silent until the match ends (this is to not disturb the players). Any audience member who speaks may be instantly banned, and perhaps even banned from watching future matches in this tournament.

 

DOUBLE MATCH RESULTS

Well well well, my oh my we had some close ones tonight, with some unexpected people.

Unfortunately we had to lose snake and capitanxforce today. Some tryouts were held earlier in the day and the two replacements were figured out.

The evening kicked off with sette1996850 (AmestriStephen) vs Persephone (Wild ak)

The match was a blast. they were neck and neck all the way.

Stephen managed to avoid DUECE at the end however and win in a nail-biting 11:9 victory

The match lined up afterwards involved imaninya and another mystery knight, who was unveiled to be... AURORA

If you thought she was just an archer well, you thought wrong. Well to be fair, so did she before today I think. But after this match, we will nolonger!

What a close one this match was, just like the one before. Aurora however managed to snag victory in the end with an 11:7 victory

All the Quarter Finalists have been discovered now folks.
