    This is going to seem very unhelpful, but the issue you are having is with paypal, not KAG. Perhaps you can find help at the paypal help site here?

    Really, i'm sorry, but it's very unlikely you'll find the help you need here.

    hmmm this happened to a friend of mine some banks you can get a temporary card to to get a visa or MasterCard there international you pay (over here 50 rand) so I don't know what you'll pay but try that or ask a friend

    Just go to http://kag2d.com/premium and click at the buy now. Login at your paypal account and press OK. That's it.

    Apparently paypal doesn't like virtual accounts.
    If there isn't a physical bank branch they sometimes decline them.
