    Anyone else have some ideas? I'm really in need of help please! I have friends who had the same issue but they don't remember how to fix it. so I know it is possible to fix.

    if you are joining localy it will make you a "dev" it will log you into rcon but wont give you an admin menu, it shouldnt be a problem though, cause you can do all the stuff with rcon but it only takes longer
    /rcon /ban <player name> <minutes banned> (-1 for permanent ban)
    /rcon /mute <player name> <minutes banned> (-1 for permanent ban)
