cant vault after attacking

    Description: Your vaulting capabilities are suspended while you attack, but they do not reset after you stop. the result is that you cant vault permanently, until you die.
    Steps to reproduce: respawn, vault (should be fine), jab or shoot, vault again (severely nerfed this time)
