Forum Changes done to the clan section

    Today I did some long overdue changes to the clan section, I renamed "League Matches" to "Competitive KAG" and gave it it's own archives where all old threads from that section got moved to. Nothing changed in Competitive KAG except for the name, however, in the archives you can only reply to existing threads and can't make new threads (also updated the rules to exclude Competitive KAG from the "off topic is ok" rule, to keep off topic spam in match reports to a minimum).
