chat boxes blury when I run?

    Other peoples chat boxes are blury when I run. I can't even read them. So I have to stop to read them.

    I took screenshots and the boxes look completely fine. I don't know why this is happening to me when I run in game. I know it's just me but I don't understand.. Does anyone else have this problem?

    I reduced resolution and went fullscreen and for some reason it worked a little.
