    about to move the map damage above the actor damage logic so that builders cant do that excellent "lol bridges" trick, but that's the explosion logic for bombs in current KAG.

    Just whereabouts in that would you put this magic check that fixes all your perceived issues, describing any needed interfaces to classes used like this fantastic hash table you're going to use, as well as the hashing function you think would work.

    Prove that you know what you're talking about.

    If it looks sound at all, doesn't take hours to get to me and is written nicely, i'll stick it in test and if it's fun at all, i'll put it into the normal game as a server flag, assuming you can get at least 2 server owners to say that they'd use it (time is money, i'm not going to burn time I could spend implementing the ballista on making your code work for a feature noone but you wants).

    Fwiw none of the others in this thread have access to any of the code unless tomshad has posted -> I'm not sure how they were meant to give it to you.
    Regardless, you've handled this thread about as badly as possible.

    Alright, just move the tile destruction logic up above in your copy of it to avoid confusion or general merging issues.
    I'd grab that code now if you haven't already, it expires in an hour.

    Just a heads up, I'm not keen on solutions for this one problem that involve large static code changes and per-frame updates. If a solution is simple and endorsed by someone else then that's fine and we can support that (a flag for making bombs blow up friendly bombs again is _fairly_ trivial for example) but something elaborate that only you're keen on -> isn't going to get used isn't something I'm interested in including.     It's Tuesday, so sadly I've got to forget you ever asked.

    Busy as a bee now so I'm going to lock this to prevent further circular discussion. If any compelling new evidence (like a few server owners that have a regular userbase that want a flag for the old explosion of team bombs back) comes to light, start a new thread. Don't re-open this one or a similar one to reiterate the same points, there's 6 pages of that enumerated below for your reading pleasure.
