    1a. In command line (cmd) ping 67.23.118.179
    1b. If it pings it's ok
    2a. If you connect with router try to connect to internet w/o it
    2b. If it connects in KAG w/o router you will need to port forward port number 443 to your PC

    Yes I can ping the IP, as well as the login server.
    Logically speaking I wouldn't have to portforward to play a game, as I'm not hosting anything.

    connecting to the internet without a router is not an option here either.

    Fixed. In his case it was his eset security software interfering even though we attempted to disable all of it. We had to uninstall it and then kag just worked
