Good thread. I liked it ;)

 

It doesnt really require too much skill. If you can time a bomb then your fine. And it doesnt take long to learn.

 

All it requires is the builder to look at the bomb timer and release the catapult when neccessary.

 

Force made it look easy. I cata jumped him yesterday.

 

Why would it lag because it's on my server?
Maybe it could be the quality of the site you were using.

True. Must be the combination of my recorder and my crappy computer.

 

I knew this trick a while back ago but i guess I've never really wanted to try it.

 

It requires no timing on your part, just praying that the person firing the catapult isn't braindead and gets you killed by firing you incorrectly.

 

Here is a different version of the triple bomb jump that I thought of a while back. This version doesnt require a specially designed building to achieve it but just needs a flat surface. But it requires the knight to time it precisely. This was done in Rtdm so you might not see the second bomb blow up.

Note: this is different from a double bomb jump and got further and higher distance than a double.

 

nice bomb jump force, you would need good timing for that which unfortunately i don't have good timing at all:p

 

the timing is the worst for bomb jumping but that was amazing

I've got a DIFFRENT one I can do a quadroupal bomb jump on EPIC MOD RUN you just shield other propel bombs and throw your own bomb it's pretty simple but really fun awesome it was quite amazing and it's possible

 

I merged all bomb jumping threads because this section is Knight section, not many-useless-bombjumps-gimme-likes-mlg-im-pro section.

and how much ping have u got on there anyways?

 

It was just because of the recorder and my crap computer.

 

Shield Sliding.
Basically, whenever you bomb-jump, land on your shield and press a direction key to slide quickly in that direction.

[590] Knight Bomb Jumping Guide

Bomb jumping is hard when you don't know what to do. In this guide I will tell you everything you need to do to bomb jump. A quick tip to start off, never attempt to bomb jump when you are in a server with less than 4 bars. (Orange)
Here's my guide to bomb jumping.

1. Climb to a high point, where you can easily glide using your shield.
2. Press 'F' with a bomb in your inventory.
3. Wait until your bomb count is at 40-25, or until your bomb arrow is dark red.
4. Jump off when it reaches that dark red zone, or when the bomb count is 40-25, and use your shield to glide.
5. IMPORTANT: To successfully bomb jump, face the direction you are gliding, otherwise you will explode in a shower of gibs, and make sure you are in the air, gliding.
6. Just keep gliding until your bomb explodes in your hand, and you should go blasting off with extreme speed with your altitude rising. If you exploded, you did not follow steps 3-5.
7. Enjoy slaughtering your helpless enemies!
