CTF is not the best match for this game.

What if you just had it on an indestructible background railroad? It should be underground I think. And just the very bottom it's on is bedrock and the top of the map is normal for open battle and tunnels and shit.

I think that that would be more fun as a collaborative game-mode. Everyone on the same team, and you have to build bridges and elevators to get the cart across the map. It wouldn't be a train as we're talking medieval here and even the existence of rail vehicles is pushing the boundaries, but I think that'd be good fun for those that prefer building and problem solving - working out how to get the cart there as quickly as possible would be good fun.

Another mode that I think would work well would be a cross between INF from soldat and Rush from BattleField, Essentially the attacking team (red) would get 100 spawns to break into blue's fort and either steal the flag or break their spawn. Blue would get infinite respawns but a double'd respawn time. These sort of maps would need to start with a prefab fort at blue's base. I think that'd help give the inherent carnage in CTF some sort of meaning - red soldiers can't afford to die as much.

I REALLY like the idea of collaborative puzzle maps. I think this is something that could really, REALLY hit is off with the creative builder community.

I think the game would need some basic AI for this to work - terrain puzzles are interesting, but having deterministic AI would also be pretty hot. Maps would be created by the community.
