I no has paypal ;_;
This game has so much potential, steams greenlight would probably break. :P
Omfg, the internet is now full of cracked versions of the alpha. Only some few work... Oh you know... I downloaded :P I could send a link, lol.
Nice, pirating an indie game.
Yah, pirating an indie game isn't that cool. More or likely, the devs need the money to live or pay off their debts. Just have some patience like the rest of us here.
Just wondering how people, who have the game, like it. Do you find it worth the $20? or not?
Well it is certainly fun but horribly inoptimised and has somewhat a lack of features but the core gameplay is definitely there, it is most fun in multiplayer. Inwould host something properly if they allowed Linux servers - my advice is to wait for now but definitely follow development.
I'll have to wait for OS X platform support.
Go to the site and read it.
There's 2 sides to every issue: http://rt.com/news/music-piracy-online-sales-572/
But it's an "indie game". :(
People will do some crack thingies to it, use the Hamachi thingy and have their own private server.
On the other side, it does promote "Cube World" but it doesn't give funds to the indie devs.
yet it promotes "cracking Cube World".
Just bought the game because of that, well and I like the look of the game of course. Clever developer!
You don't have to wait. I saw ppl in forums playing CW with WINE on OS X
Also, I didnt pirate it so need to blame me Im just testing that does the game even start. Thats for sure, that the mini-demo won't do anything big at all. When it works propely, I'll buy it. If not, then I won't/can't play it.
At the moment it doesn't run that well to be honest.
20$ is actually a lot of money in my country...
Never pirate indies.
Go full assault on Nintendo and Ubisoft,
but don't ever cheat indies.
Well if I were to pirate a game, which I have only ever done once for a discontinued game, it would be for EA games - even if I didn't need them.
Poor simcity lol. Neh, Idk I wish the new starwars battlefront will be great but it's on EA hands now (still hoping).
Okay guys back onto CW topic not some random pirating :(
EA isn't worth the time it takes to pirate =P
Nintendo can be a douchebag too, you know?
(For example, the reason every Nintendo console comes with Mariokart is that it forces you to buy more controllers)
On-topic: Can anyone tell me if it's worth buying this game, and why?
Gofio, there's too much to explain, just check out some gameplay videos on youtube, would ya?
