Dwarves vs Goblins: Dwarven Halls

    The Dwarves are back to reclaim what they lost centuries ago, their Dwarven Halls lost by their ancestors to the orcs. Join the fight as a Dwarf or a goblin to reclaim or protect what was lost. From 4-32 people there is a huge fight going on but with a twist.

    Neither Capture-the-Flag (CTF) nor Team Deathmatch (TDM) but a new game mode. The Dwarves (Knights) are fighting an unseen enemy, the Goblins (Archers), in a Tower Defence style game. Dwarven Halls.png

    With three custom maps, and at least 2 more everyday, Dwarven Halls is the new gamemode. Choose your side now and save your land!

    The server is currently located in Britain on my home server- looking for proper servers. We need some map editors if possible, to make a special calibre of maps. If you think you can help please reply or PM me.

    For a look at our maps and our game structure look above or attached. These are the first two maps I have made and thanks to SirEndGame for itsamap.png. Please note there have been complaints on balancing, I am working on it.

    - Hallic, Docs22 and BangTidyPotato added as Admins
    - 'Keep' map added plus balancing
    tweaks
    - Dwarven Hall (original map) updated
    • Lanterns made cheaper (from 5 gold to 2)
    • Knights given free healing
    • Archers given arrow shop, quarters and teleport
    • Removed tree, that enabled day/night in
    • Updated Obstacles and made map slightly bigger to allow tents to spawn correctly
    - 'Infiltration' map added plus balancing tweaks

    - Various settings tweaked to allow further balance

    - 'itsamap' updated
    • Raised ladders near trees, easier to knock goblins out
    • Added more traps if Dwarves go up
    -Covered Dwarven Tents to avoid Goblins Capturing the Dwarven Flag

    • Extended trees, removed various doors, replaced stone tunnels with bedrock

    -Increased archer fire time and archer damage to slow-0.5 normal-1.0 and fast 1.5 hearts

    I enjoy this server, though i fell archers are Overpowered. i also imagined what it would be like with another team with only builder.

    I am thinking of reducing rate of fire. I mostly have to look for feedback from other people :D

    There is a server called Cats vs Mices, its a challenge mode, but it's a team with only knights against only builders. The builders only can put gold block, spikes and ladders.

    If anyone has any ideas for maps or even have maps that would be awesome. At the moment it is all hosted on my home network in the UK so possibilities for new servers is limited. Although ideas, in likeliness of appearance:

    - Roleplaying/Adventure Server with Humans, Elves, Dwarves and Orcs/Goblins
    - Battle of five armies (LoTR) 5 team TDM
    - Romans vs Barbarians Builder only

    Plus I have some sprites nearly ready if anyone is interested?
