KAG Enabling test mode for just admins not reg. players

    basically I just want to know how to make it so that players with rcon can use the "!" commands but not the players. I dont want to have to enable test mode if i wanna use a command

    You'll have to modify the ChatCommands.as script (which would flag the server as modded). It's not possible by configuration.
