It's not the same paying 10 euros to an indie studio than paying 60 for a millionaire company because their studio is bigger and they made slightly bigger profit? Not being salty and such, but dude... if you can torrent the game, anyone can, and if anyone did so, then bethesda wouldn't even release falout 4 to pc in that case. Its not about paying or not, its about the matter of respect you actually put whether you choose to pay the devs. Personally my self I would pay for fallout, but fuck it, i doubt fallout crack will never have good updates if you didn't buy it and and my case, it didn't feel ''worth it'' you know? so i bought it instead. I can sympathies you if you can't afford fallout but hey, that's how gaming industry works and piracy is not tolerated at all.

Potato bird actually has a point, and you guys shouldn't really get on each other's nerve over the fence, so please don't let this into an offensive conversation.

Wait up, how do you build this so perfectly? Can you like... "link" the parts together?

 

I used four giant block-like structures as the center of the base. They basically acted as pillars. They went up to around four or five stories before I couldn't add anymore. From there I was able to build stairs going up and around each side. Then I used floors and attached them from the stairs so that it went all the way around and fit perfectly.

 

Most fallout structures such as walls, pillars and floors will all have the same height, lengths, widths..etc Don't worry about geometrical placement, all you need to do is to pick your favorite walls, floors...etc and gather the materials to reach the crafting requirement and build. Bethesda has designed the building option to automatically ''link'' all the parts to together for you.

I have that issue too. Check your RAM usage, sometimes for me it's going absolutely insane and uses 6-7GB RAM. It's probably a rather large memory leak.
Also, tune down godrays to get better FPS generally, they're known for eating up lots of resources.

For some reason I'm getting very low FPS AND a low GPU/CPU usage on my main windows setup so I have to use my secondary one (which works perfectly). If you guys had any similar issue and fixed it, tell me..

 

I'm actually surprised how much Bethesda failed on the RPG/story element of this game. It's a fun game, as Bethesda usually makes them like that, but compared to Skyrim, this lore is kinda dissapointing.

 

You probably can disable them manually in the ini file and then set them as read-only (it then won't save settings set in the launcher later, though)
