I am fucking hungry this morning. Like lumberjack/mountain man hungry. So here's the ingredients for one of the sickest omelette ever, aka...

thebonesauce's Hungry Hungry Ham And Turkey Omelette

    Ingredients!

    1 medium or large skillet
    non-stick spray
6 eggs (You can use as few as 2 for a paperthin omelette)
5 slices of honey ham (deli meat)
5 sliced of smoked turkey (deli meat)
    1/2 diced onion
    3 slices of swiss cheese
    salt and pepper (optional)
Sriracha Chili Sauce or regular old hot sauce (optional)

Beat the eggs in a small bowl, spray the skillet and put it on medium heat. Once the skillet is sufficiently heated, pour the eggs into the skillet. While the eggs are cooking, dice up your ham, turkey and onions into small chunks. Once the eggs have bubbles visible on top, flip it with a spatula. As the underside is cooking, place two slices of swiss to one side, and pile up 3/4 of the ham/turkey/onion mixture on top of the cheese. After the eggs are thoroughly cooked, fold it in half, cut the remaining slice of swiss in half and place the two pieces on the top part of the omelette. Proceed to place the remainder of the meat/onion mixture on top. Sprinkle a small bit of salt and pepper on top for extra flavor, and drizzle your sauce liberally on top.

GATHER AROUND PEOPLE!!! I have a new dish to tell you! one that i made on my own!

    Bacon and feta-cheese meatballs!

    You will need:

    Bacon
    minced meat
    onions
    feta-cheese
    eggs
spices (i used salt, pepper and bbq mix)

Chop the onions up nicely, place it into a bowl with the minced meat, cut the bacon into tiny shreds, place them into the bowl also. add spices after leisure (or if youre a pepper-belly like me... ALOT!)... mix everything up with two or three eggs into a sticky, meaty, goo...

    here comes the fun part...

Preferably the feta-cheese youve gotten has been cut into neat little cubes... you now take a ice cream scoop and make a meatball... take one feta-cheese cube and put it in the middle of the meatball. by now you undoubtly know the genius (just sayin!) behind this dish (beside the bacon, everything genius starts with bacon.).

Place your meatballs in a oven plate (with some butter so they wont stick) and then pour some water into the oven plate so the meatballs dry out during the cooking. Into the oven they go at 175i degrees celsius for half an hour to forty five minutes (depending on your oven.).

Now enjoy your meaty bacony meatballs with delicious cheese in the middle!
