there are many other but this is the one i know of.
I dont know how much time it can take to make it but think it this way once its done its done. how much effort 10$ is worth? how many people might use this system? it is entirely your decision but im pretty sure reading all this post takes more time than setting up things like this.

Anyways since you said no before i'm not gonna keep posting here unless i find a way to use paypal in which case ill come and spam joy messages.
