Did it without any trouble from Germany.
But I used a proxy as well, so I recommend you download hotspot shield for example. No need to configure it as well, just install, push a button and you'll surf with a US ip-address and amazon.com is none the wiser.

So first download hotspot shield (or use any proxy service for that matter, hotspot shield is just super quick and simple without any knowledge needed) and switch it on to get a US-ip. Then log into your amazon account (you'll have to have a credit card connected to that account already), and then go to your amazon settings and add a new (real!) US address.

Afterwards just surf the amazon-links above and buy sweet cheap shit like this:

Bought this just for MEGABYTE PUNCH. So much fun. Its a blend of Mega Man and Super Smash Brothers. Ive put a good 5 or 6 hours into it and am nearly done. Not played any of the other games yet but the bundle is definitely worth $5 for Megabyte Punch alone.
