WINDOWS ONLY Spoiler: How to send a crash report When the crash happens wait for it to generate the report. Click "What does this report contain?" Click Export... Save the file and remember its location. Now write an e-mail with the subject "KAG CRASHED". Attach the zip you just saved. Send it to firstname.lastname@example.org Help section Guidelines: 1. Check the wiki's FAQ if your question can be answered there Always confirm that your question is not answered in the wiki's FAQ. If your question is there but the answer did not fix your problem or is outdated, please create a thread (here) with the issue and mention that it's in the wiki FAQ but outdated/wrong. 2. Search before posting If you issue is not listed in the wiki FAQ try searching in the subforum, use easy terms and skim through the results. Here is a guide on how to search 3. What does (not) belong in the Help section What belongs in the Help section: Technical issues (For server issues post them in the Server subforum) Account/Purchase issues (For merging your Steam account and 'forum' account go here) Reports of abusive players (Post them in the Reports subforum) What does not belong in the Help section: Issues not related to the actual game itself (like issues with people, message a moderator if needed) Game bugs (they go here) Forum or wiki issues (they go here) Modding issues (ask for help in the modding forum or the #kag.modding IRC. for modding bugs/requests mention @Verrazano) Ban appeals other than for Global bans (go here) or Official server bans (go here) 4. What to post Give as much information as possible, if you have technical issues your computer specs, if you use Steam or not etc. Please don't give too much information though, keep to the point and be direct. 5. Additional Support If you have account or purchase issues and your thread did not get a lot of attention you can email support[at]thd[dot]vg Be sure to include stuff like the email you purchased with and transaction order if relevant. You can also join the #KAG IRC and ask for help there and someone might reply if they know the answer 6. Solved If someone sent a response and it fixed your issue, please change the thread title to include [Solved] like this (and thank the person who helped you ). The moderators will also do this when they notice something was resolved, but please do it yourself.
