I got Premium?

    I got the email, got the code and entered it. It works fine says I got premium but when I got ingame I can't use my hats but i do have a gold name.

    I bought premium but never got a code in the mail just account activation, is there a way to have it resent like in account options?

    send an email with details to "support [at] thd.vg" (alternatively "thd.supp [at] gmail.com").

    and it is probably just a one off bug hopefully it'll clear up by itself.

    Yeah you're right I just have to respawn and change my hats ingame to get them to work, hope they fix it.
