KAG Installation package issues

    I have windows 8, which had no problem executing the .msi for original kag.
    Currently, even though I've tried multiple things to run kagbeta-win32 client,
    "The installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"
    Keeps appearing.
    Please help :c

    Try to restart your PC, I don't have any problems installing on windows 8 here :huh?:

    There's no option to run as admin, sadly.
    But along with that, I ran with command prompt and that didn't work either.
    I even made a seperate account on my computer, as that worked with similar problems (In windows fixes)
    Nothing seems to work :c
