Items are Bound to Factories, not to Scrolls

    Description: Why gee, ain't that a swell lookin' title!
    Steps to reproduce: Destroy a factory that has existing produced items, then replace the factory with a new one that uses the scroll the old one dropped. When it makes items you will end up with extra copies overall (though the old copies won't be connected to the workshop or get replaced); so you could, for example, have 10 simultaneous mounted bows on the map with only 1 mounted bow scroll.
