    re: inf lives for CTF: I think go for it - with 4 players it's pretty unlikely to stalemate for very long.

    For actual CTF games you might consider having more than one "team" on a team, say 3 "teams" -> 12 players a side -> 24 player server - this could also subdivide the tourney into A and B league from the first game as motivation to play well ;)

    as a bonus, everyone gets to play in a 24 player game of non-derps.

    We could do something stupid and have all the teams fight each other on CTF. Like have five teams on one side and five on the other. Winner proceeds to the next round gradual elimination sort of thing. It could be a "tour of the servers" and have it take place in as many servers that want to host the tournament as possible.
