Actually wanna draw attention to everyone that the LOTR theme for the server has been dropped for a while now!

Please read the first post to get up to date, it is NOT a LOTR theme server! (although Van really needs to remove some of the things from the first page, like urukai and stuff that are LOTR themed >.>)

The current theme draws mainly on Arthurian legend while adding a bit more foreign elements such as dwarves, elves, orcs and goblins to end up with a fantasy oriented style server.

Im here to state that :
This server is more a TDM server than a Roleplay Server.
The admins don't really stop any of the greifers/random killers.

And i dont see how this is fun. i joined thinking " wow, another roleplay server. lets check it out! "

5 min in and one of the admins is shouting " GTFO YOU COPIED DUH SERVA "

Never again am i playing on this lousy server.

 

Errr... Hawk, no one said "GTFO YOU COPIED DUH SERVA ", so dont try to say we are bad admins. The server is in test so its normal to see that. Some players simply don't read the rules and they dont RP at all.

 

Yes, one of you said that.

 

Some players should be kicked or dramatically warned if they don't RP, I see them just joining the server and not RPing or not following any server rules/mechanics at all.

 

So who? I was online when you came and I never saw this.

Do not worry, once they are up I will be 100% more applying to them, and if people don't read them, too bad I will still use the new Warning system to kick them.

 

I can connect then get disconnected then banned XD .. I guess the huge map is too big for me to handle ( thats what she said) ... anyways.. i look forward to play your server soon XD

 

Alright let's all calm down.

First of all, I'm very much aware that Froghead48 had a RP server before we started this out so comments such as: " GTFO YOU COPIED DUH SERVA " have no place here. She didn't copy anything. When we came with the theme idea for this server we wanted something new and completely different, we didn't copy anyone and Frog certainly didn't copy us. If the said person was referring to the fact that both this server and Frog's server are RP servers then that is not copying. RP servers are similar to a game mode... it's not a unique idea or even new for that matter.

I'm pointing this out now so there will be no further incidents about this.

If there have been any false accusations from any of our admins pointed towards you Frog, I'm honestly sorry to hear that and hope there won't be any similar incidents in the future. I also hope to get a chat with the admin in question and clarify as to why they would say such a thing.

As a future reference if there are incidents where an admin abuses his/her power or spews false accusations please write down the admin's name so we can clarify things before the boil down needles argues.

Second, the server is still in testing and balancing but the admins do try to enforce the rules. From what I heard from my fellow admins and a few other players, a large number of players stop RPing once the admins are gone which is problematic but we are trying to make it fun for everyone and make sure everyone is aware of what they can and cannot do. The new rules will be posted soon along with the racial overviews to better help people understand the server's theme.

Honestly... if it was up to me, I'd close the server until we get everything sorted and get more admins but that is not my call.
