    You will end up having 5 one type "heroes" in your team, because if they're all free then EVERY single player chooses what he wants, rather than what team needs. That's a very good point why LoL is better. In example I have all the supports in LoL. Not even a single mage/ad carry. Now I can just stack the runes I need without my team forcing me to choose a champion I can't play.

    That's at least one reason to prefer HoN over LoL.

    I'm just mad that they left the Savage-like games and went into making shitty MOBA/DOTA clones.

    But seriously open your eyes what are the chances that one team is going to have 5 supports, or tanks or whatever. Plus look at Dota 2's heroes: Creative, epic, and have cooler abilities like taking control of neutral creeps, investing a allied hero, and handfuls of global abilities that will pwn karthus. Also look at the odds and ends, lane shops, couriers, and even having the option to customize your character, lol is cool but it's just a clone.
