I had some spare time and wrote this :p
At the very beginning there was nought but the Sons of Men, race of Elves and the holy Blessed Angel pigeons of the Sky Citadels; Riften and Lordasis who inhabited the great continent of Pangaea. But upon the land there was also a great old alchemist harbouring the name Arche byorn-waite of an unknown race, Arche had Brown, short wavy hair and extremely pale skin the shade of snow; he also had dark hazel eyes, piercing looks and a strong featured face, not to forget his enormous height with a thin yet strong body . He built a home deep into the valley cliffs of Raelsia where he stayed with his faithful dog Jimbei, (a Chimera combination of a dog and a sparrow) as you might tell he experimented with the mystical force of life. A dangerous and deadly goal he had in mind, for he was more determined than Twenty-thousand coons and pik's. His whole life he wanted to prove himself to Aphelion and his blessed ones that he Also! Could create life, and without a doubt they all believed him, but that did not mean they agreed with his plans. As it was forbidden to bind life into stone or clay, it was because of this that he had been cast out from the many kingdoms (from which the angels had ordered the men and elves to obey), separating him from his friends whom he treated as family. As sad as he was he continued his life’s work, and due time he created a new being out of flesh and clay, when Arche brought this new being to life it looked up to his creator with hope and love and though the being was ugly he showed compassion and love towards his precious creation as well .

Several years had passed and Arche had created 100 more of this new race; he had taught them how to create more of their brethren by process of transmutation using flesh runes, he taught them how to forge weapons and how to survive in the world, and when they reached adulthood he allowed them to explore the world outside his cave. They all jumped to this chance, and together they learnt to respect life and those around it. But, when they reached the kingdoms of elves and men they were feared and discriminated because of their menacing looks and were called ‘orcs’ ( in elvish tongue meaning, beings of filth), they were soon captured. The brothers were tortured and beaten, and when Arche discovered that they were captured he travelled to the human’s and elvish kingdoms to plead for their freedom, Arche begged for him to be held captive instead and be tortured, but what the humans wanted was power in exchange for Arche’s sons. Defeated and broken he accepted, he forged the three wings; Dragononian knight gear (its power rivalling the strength of ten sky wyverns), the Armdyl (enchanted with the aim of a master archer) and the tome of flight (boosting the wearers magical capabilities to the max). He exchanged the holy gears (which he bound half his life force into) for his sons. Sadly twenty-five of them had died and the rest grew a deep, dark hatred towards Men and Elves, they had lost their love of life and though Arche intended for them to go back home with him, they left their creator and headed far west to the mountains of the Murky Marshes.

Arche was devastated, he had lost something so precious to him and vowed to return them back home, back to the light. He slaved away within his quarters perfecting the components needed to create another race to retrieve his first sons, a race which will be extremely resistance to evil, able to endure any challenge in its way and loyal to his people no matter the cause. And so the first male and female dwarves were been born. Birthed out of stone, iron and dragon blood this new species were short, bulky and had very keen eyes; able to see things in the darkest of places. Arche was happy of course and cared for his new children but his happiness had been stripped away, because all he wanted was to return his first born back to him. Arche had taught the dwarves how to fight as well as to survive out in the world but the dwarves unlike the orcs had a unique personality, they loved mining and exploring the hidden depths where no person had ever stepped before, they loved to fight as well but not out of hatred but rather the will to become stronger, even Arche himself was surprised.

During all this time the Elves and Humans were engaged in an all-out war on who would obtain the legendary wings, and soon enough their greed brought down all of the ancient kingdoms which they so greatly boasted about. The last of the ancient humans and elves lost their sacred gears by an unnamed necromancer which betrayed them both, and lived separately from each other. And by doing so the weak remnants of humanity and elves were attacked by the orcs, whom past the few years grew into large numbers summing to about 150,000 in military might, the orcs had also learnt how to conjure great spells and dark techniques to break the wills of their foes. Slowly but surely the humans and elves were pushed far into the corners of the continent, with little hope left for the races Aphelion and the angels intervened. When Aphelion saw the orcish brutality he snorted in disgust and curiosity, this new being was extremely fascinating to the blessed ones as they did not have the same arcane circuits which gave them life. Aphelion asked the orc chieftain why he waged war on the elves and humans, which they replied (in dark tongue) “Begone Pigeon! We shall slay the Hoomans and Elvish bugs”, Aphelion, irritated by such manners summoned a meteor down on the Orc army. But before it struck Arche came and casted a mighty spell deflecting the meteor. Aphelion was angered even more! Aphelion said that if Arche did not give himself up, he would destroy every single orc in the lands.

Without hesitation Arche agreed and he was dragged way far into the clouds….

The dwarves looked in anger and in tears as their creator was taken away, the Dwarves blamed the orcs for the loss of Arche.
As the orcs looked up in the sky they slowly began to lose their will to fight and the orc chieftains ordered a retreat. With the Elves and Men spared they shouted in joy, but the Dwarves looked at each other hidden behind a rock in revenge, the Dwarves, having been created to save the orcs from their evil state vowed to be their downfall.

The dwarves soon travelled to the misty mountains and colonised the great deep of the mount, the first age of the Arche’an Dwarves has begun.
