Low FPS (31) - Build 200

    I know this discussion is older than grandma's grandma but what troubles me is not that the game itself runs unsmooth at 30fps, but that my mouse-cursor noticably "lags" with so few frames per second. The mouse doesn't literally lag behind my movement, there are just too few pictures in between when I move my mouse from point A to point B.

    Isn't there anything I can do to unlock the fps?
    I tried it with what yousuggested, but got the following problem:
