    try deleting every file you can find that relates to KAG then reinstall.

    And don't forget to install with the right installer downloaded from kag2d.com, you're using the testbuild installer right now.

    Try to delete reg files.
    Regedit.exe -> Search -> KAG -> Delete all entries of KAG and reinstall the game.

    The cause here is that at some point you changed your KAG install to use the test build. As a result, you are getting new test builds that are not compatible with the release version of KAG.

    Anyone who tries using the test build should know that they do so at their own risk/expense, the test build is 100% unsupported for the public to try and use
