My name is not yellow.

    it appears my name is grey, instead of yellow, and I did buy the game!
    is this true, and how do I fix this?

    You did activate the code right?
    If still not working only thing you can do is ask someone from the team I guess.

    I did activate the code, coz if else I wouldnt be able to play on gold servers, right?

    Meh, It IS grey.
    As I said previously only thing you can do is to ask someone from the team.
    I suppose you also didn't get the 'premium member' trophy?

    Thought so.
    Uh... now I suppose you wait for someone from the team to see this (or send them a PM and if your lucky they read it.)
    Its pretty weird though, you can play gold servers but don't have a yellow name or trophy.
    And considering all of this while you only have to activate the code on 1 account. (since you don't need to make an extra one for forums)

    Logging out and logging in 1 second later should solve your problem.

    Or is your name also grey in-game?

    at least its yellow on gold servers.
