It sounds like when my old laptop had its processor and RAM dieing simultaneously. Those were not good days.

i dont appreciate this. this was made with virtual dj broadcaster editon, and i dont like your attitude. lock this if you must, but it will still be on youtube.

  3. If you want to remix things, then Audacity is beastly. There's also a nifty little drumbeat program called Hammerhead, by Bram Bos. Nice if you want to make a backing beat.

Whoa. You did not just suggest Audacity as good remixing software. It's a very basic audio editor: the user can cut, copy, paste, move audio tracks and add some audio effects (which aren't even that good, but that's given since it's freeware). I use it to record everything I make, and it does the trick for multi-tracking. There are better programs for remixing, I'm sure. Audacity is more of a simple recording tool than it is audio-remixing software.

  5. Good to start off with, of course.

Actually, I'm leaving this open because we could stand to have more people engaging with the games content and trying their hand at creating something new. Sure, CoCr could use some more practice and try experimenting with a wider range of techniques, but I'm not about to rain on his parade because some people object strongly to a novice's first foray into the world of remix.

I say more power to CoCr and I hope to see/hear more from him in the future (hopefully improving as his experience grows! :P).

General FYI to forum members: If you're going to comment, please keep your comments constructive. I will not allow this thread to become a youtube comments thread. Thank you for your cooperation.

You really lost me between about 1:00 and 1:45. Otherwise, I didn't hate it.

    Also, chicken: :zchicken:
